Colab Carbon R35 GR6 Transmission Catch Can
The Colab Carbon R35 GR6 Transmission Catch Can Kit is engineered to allow you to over fill the transmission to prevent the GR6 oil pump from cavitating (sucking up air) under high G loads. This is most prevalent when launching your R35 GT-R at the drag strip or on the street, causing the transmission to loose clutch pressure and/or miss shift. The Colab Carbon solution allows you to over fill by nearly 3.5 liters without spilling oil out of the GR6 transmission vent tube on to the hot exhaust or on to the track at high G’s.
