This transmission diaper was developed out of a safety requirement by many organized racing events to ensure the safety of the driver by keeping him from running over their own oil and parts if a catastrophic transmission failure occurs during a run. This also helps keep the event on schedule by not having to shut down the racing to clean up the resulting mess when not running one of these.

It is secured with sewn in straps and buckles for a straight forward installation with or without the transmission installed in the vehicle.
